Regular unleaded in Hebron is, 4.39 gallon, diesel 4.99 gallon, a gentleman at the station told me we only get 3 percent of our fuel from Russia, if so ,I don't understand how fast fuel is going up. I also wonder how much fuel will be at Marina? All we can do is hope this war will end soon, we will fish until we run out of fuel.

This statement is far more accurate than you will ever know.  Ignorant politicians and their followers are taking us down a disasterous path.  As an engineer that works in the field of eletcric power systems, primarily protecting and securing the bulk power grid - I can tell you that it is not possible to run on solar and wind.  Not because we catn supply enough over time, but because of the physics of it.  Else you will be seeing blackouts like the Northeast blackout every day somewhere in the US.

I don't want to turn this forum into a political forum, but if Dirty is right.  If the "Progressives" were able to magically put an electric car/truck/boat in everyone's driveway, their goal would change to turning off the power (strategically, of course) to make sure they stay parked in driveways much of the time. After all, the electricity would come from questionable power plants like: wind - chops up birds, requires bajillions of barrels to produce the fiberglass.  Nuclear- eek!  Meltdowns, radiation. Hydro - floods natural habitats, wipes out salmon runs, snail darters go extinct. Solar - requires special batteries every night, made with rate earth metals mined from the earth with devastating environmental results (that's why all the rare earth mines are in China and Russia - not in America. 

So everyone (except the ruling class) just work from home.  All this has way more to do with promoting big government solutions than to allow free market solutions.
