I was wondering if anyone has any experience with Okuma classic pro CL 452L reels? I stumbled upon a couple that appear to be kind of old. But new old stock still in the box. Does anyone know if they’re closer to Magda or Convector quality and drags? I didn’t buy them yet. But was wondering if they were worth it. I got some stock phots off google.

Very similar to the Magda’s in construction. Same bearing count and the same standard level wind guide. I might be wrong but I think the Magda’s are all linecounters. Still a good reel for the money. They should hold 8-10 colors of lead along with a few hundred yards of 30 pound braid backing.
My Searunner 190, "Four "D's" and a "C". Retirement money well spent.
