Does anyone know any info if the perch are in and if anyone doing any good in the area

Yes, I have been out twice and it was slow fishing but got some decent fish, a fish here and there with a few brief periods of faster action. I haven't been out in a week and a half or so but have buddies that have gone and they've reported faster action as of late. Pretty far up river, past 106th street bridge. Weird they are that far up and it's not even December yet. All action has been on minnows.
