Lickety Split has done a great job in highlighting the need for renovation of the biofilter and other aspects of the hatchery infrastructure at Mixsawbah. But where would the money come from?  

Cleveland Cliffs is set to be fined @ a million bucks for the chemical spill/fish kill in 2019 in Burns Waterway. Here's from the legal release:   (2) payment of $409,533 to the DOI Natural Resource Damage Assessment and Restoration Fund; and (3) payment of $590,173 to the governments for reimbursement of natural resource damages assessment costs.
