Saw bunch of activity Washington park this morning. Dont know if the 2 guys involved post on this web site?
If I err hopefully they will correct me. 2 guys making last trip in my guess 17' boat before he acquires 27' boat this week. Say they checked bilge pump and was working first thing. Ran out 85' of water trolling with waves considerably higher than forecast. Caught 2nd coho and 1 buddy said to other see any bait on screen? Buddy replied I only see water rising on floor. Waves coming over transom/motor well was their guess for source of water. Bilge pump not working now. Started running for shore and calling on radio for Coast Guard. Now all the water in boat going to back of boat making things more difficult. The relieved look on their faces to be on shore telling the story distracted me from paying attention to the last part of it. I was recalling Dave Mulls article Thanking god for a Coleman cooler and how similar it almost was. Hopefully they or someone that knows them will correct any errors in my account.
