TOPIC:

We are making progress on HB 5093 to improve fishing across the entire state, get more inland stocking and allowing more rods trolling the Great Lakes.  The progress can be frustrating slow at times but we are pleased to report we will get a hearing at the House Natural Resources & Tourism Committee on either January 14th or 21st.  We should have a confirmed date in January.   

The bill needs to pass a committee vote to move to a vote by the full House of Representatives. Our list of sign on supporting groups and businesses keep growing.  If you own a business or can encourage local fishing businesses near you to sign on in support, contact us  and we'll get the sign on info to you.  It will really help us get this passed.
