Yes I know I've said this before but this time I mean it.....lol
I'm going to be trading in the 2024 Fishmaster 196 next weekend and going over laying out my new rig---- A 22ft Angler Quest Pro Fish n Cruise ( custom) big water Tritoon. I truly loved the Starcraft- I have it dialed in to be my perfect fishing machine, so of course- time to get rid of it...lol. The thing is ever since I owned a prior Angler Qwest ( notice the spelling difference) I've been wanting to fish out of that platform again. My escapades with that Covid built pile of hot garbage is detailed on this site so I won't rehash it. The manufacturer of that boat broke my heart- they're no longer around but the man who brought that concept to fruition still is. His name is Brad Dupuie...... he stayed true to his vision, he regrouped, got the name back( spelled slightly different) acquired his own manufacturering plant and started building his boats again. He now has oversight of all manufacturering aspects. He also offers the ability to do one off customizations, so my boat will be exactly how I want it. These boats are built way better than the prior versions. I am so excited to be moving back to this boat. I'll be sitting down with my Marina Aug 1st to show them what I've come up with......i do know it will have 4 12" graphs( 3 Lowrance, 1 Simrad), Minnkota 15' Talon, 72" Minnkota Ulterra Quest, an EFI kicker with a Trollsmarter, 4 Litime 165ah Dual purpose batteries, Minnkota 4 bank PCL charger a 200 hp main( TBD) . I'm hoping to have it by mid to end of September for an Erie perch trip. Especially looking forward to running it in the Fall Brawl/Walleye Slam the week of Thanksgiving.
I'll update this thread accordingly until I take delivery.

I've fished on the old Angler Qwests several times. Great design - developed by Dupui - poor craftsmanship due to Apex Marine.

I've fished once on a new Angler Quest - still a terrific design - and I noticed several of the "upgrades."  Hoping it's as good as it seems!
