Looking for a butcher or contact to make goose sausage/snack sticks/encased meats.  Have contacted multiple deer processors that aren’t really interested.  The freezer is getting full and we have a couple months to go yet.  Located in Lake County IN.  Feel free to PM me.  Thanks.

I know this thread is a bit old but I haven’t been on here in awhile..  Stower’s in Wheatfield has done goose sticks/brats/sausage. I would call ahead of time to make sure they are able to take in what you have. They make some of the best sticks I’ve had.

Late response but a big thank you to Brooch and Stower’s.  The goose sticks are fantastic.  Bacon cheddar brats and Italian sausage were great as well.  Can’t recommend them enough- especially in the summer for quick turnaround times.  Hard to believe I’m eating geese with these.
