I am buying this and installing it as soon as it is available. Should be within the next few weeks!

Yup. I'm looking to get throttle control for my kicker.

me too. I was looking at the trollmaster and itroll. The controllking seems a little outdated. It will probably be the last thing I install on the boat. Probably do the lowrance autopilot, then a fish hawk x4d, then probably the throttle control. It is getting a little out of control with all of the money spent, however it will make fishing much more efficient and enjoyable.......or so I think!

The trollmaster is the one I've been looking at. A friend of mine has one on his boat, and it works great. I just get tired of running to the back of the boat to adjust the speed. Especially when I'm fishing alone.

I wish I could afford an auto pilot but other goodies are needed to. On my polar craft I had a separate throttle control for my pro kicker.

I have the Controllking and going on my 4th year. It has worked without a problem ever. It definitely made a big improvement on running the boat, one less thing to get up to change. Save that for lure changes! LOL Rudey

I put the Raymarine EV 200 Sport Pilot on my boat last fAll and only fished with it a couple of times. It's really nice! I fish with my wife / kids often and she gets flustered trying to steer the boat particularly offshore. Now she can relax And turn the dial when we need to turn. There are several trolling patterns and once you get on a good spot going back for another pass is easy! Cannot wait to get out this year. Also the Trollmaster is easy to install and works as advertised. You will love the AP!
