I am typically out with just one other person in my boat, so it will be OH SO NICE to not have to steer and net at the same time :)

yes, you will love it. Just remember to scan the water from time to time so you don't crash.

Yesterday I purchased the Lowrance Autopilot as well as an itroll. The itroll seems to have some cool features, plus a better warranty - hope it wasnt the wrong choice. Hopefully I will have them both arrive within the next week or so.

Yep - shouldnt be too hard at all. It will probably take a little extra time since I havent done it before but it seems easy enough. I will take pics through the process and let you all know how easy or difficult it was.

The Raymarine was pretty easy. Hardest part was finding a location for the control screen. It will be nice to just connect it to the HDS.

yea I think the hardest part on this one will be bleeding the steering when done. Shouldnt be too bad at all.
