Went for the last boat ride for the season. While we were out I scanned #4 and some area around 4. I could be wrong but I believe there are perch sitting there. Wished I had some minnows.

#4 marker is in reference to the northwest corner of the port wall.
#2 would be the northeast corner at the port mouth.

Was out Saturday for what was likely the last run, mostly just wanted to run it hard and clean the bottom off. Daughter wanted to try one last time, so let her pick out a few color combos and trolled back from the east in about 40fow. Did mark quite a bit surprisingly, including what may have been perch, but didn't put anything in the box.

Went out at Hammond Marina. Checked around the Calumet Harbor breakwall, out to the wreck, 87th st. slip. No bait, not much of anything. Picked up a few gobies off the bottom on minnows. Nice day on the lake. Water still too warm.

I tried New Buffalo on Saturday with no luck either. Water temps were @ 61 degrees. I cruised around and looked for fish but never saw any schools and very few singles. Still have 44 minnows.....

Report I got today said nothing happening around cal-park area,I would think by the end of the month it Might start picking up.
