How is the parking at pastrick or would portage be a better option coming up tommorow

Better off at Portage ...IMO. The construction around doesnt help much and yeah if you find a spot just hope you don't piss anyone off ....

Fished solo out of pastrick friday am got three coho & one steel silver doger blue & silver fly got 2 coho blue silver j 9 got the other spoon got the steel. Slow day but not bad for the first time out. Was worried my truck whould get towed or ticket free for all on the parking

pardytime how was the size on the coho's? I know everyone has seen alot of throwbacks out there.

Good going Dale. Glad to see you back in the game. So far this year, I've shunned Pastrick on weekends. Don't know how it's going to play out. The problem is they make more money dry-docking boats for the winter than they do from the ramps, the slip rentals and the dry storage so the parking lot is always crammed with boats. Plus, they are all Patronage workers so they mostly don't give a whit. I've not heard of anyone getting towed but you might need to have hiking boots along to get from your parking spot to the ramp. I'm thinking it's as well run as Obamacare and the IRS.
