I think he launched out of EC/Pastrick and called it Hammond or he went out of Whiting.  right now Hammond is not charging anyone but I heard that EC is now $25 for any non-indiana residence and $25 after the first 30 for Indiana.   I think Whiting was around $25 or $30 last time I went out as well but going by the first light and wall comments makes me thing EC.

Sounds like a good trip. I swore this was the year I would brave the Bender mouth and check out the Oak Creek Browns, alas the tremendous perch derailed that. 

It was EC and called Hammond.  Rookie!

That's correct on the pricing and don't forget the additional 5 dollar fee to park. Guess they gotta get that extra juice.
I never understood a boat limit on pricing- I pay my taxes and license fees, If I'm a resident I should launch for free regardless of how many other boats launched.
