Wow, I'm not sure how many I have, but saw one that was used, and closed out on ebay bids for $27.00 bucks.

you can still buy new ones:
www.fishusa.com/Brads-ThinFish-Lures

I ordered several last year - much cheaper than ebay!

Brads are a China knock off. The old storms are Pre Rapala, before Rapala bought out Storm, and for some still the preferred bait. Just like the wiggle warts. When Rapala took over they changed the bait some what. That is why the Old Storm Wiggle warts sell for what they do. The bass guys know the difference.

I have a few Brads mostly the old storms. Just like other fishing stuff it is all in what you have confidence in.

Once they get beat up I repaint them. Any color I want. LOLI painted these last winter. These are seen in the clear coat drying stage.

For those who have not seen or know the difference between the 2 types I took some pictures of mine to share. I have several still in new/old sealed packages. Pics show difference between RT and ART sizes and pattern difference. One pic shows the one major difference that shows the Brads thin fish has a larger diving lip than the Storm thin fin. I would think the thin fish would have a more pronounced wobble and the thin fin would have a tighter wobble at trolling speeds.

Good pictures Don. You can see the difference.

KBS is what I use. It's a bit expensive but I like it because it's a dip. Is somewhat flexible after drying so if I coat say dodgers it doesn't crack if they happen to get bent. Runs about $55.00 a quart.
