Don't know if anyone would be interested in this or not but it has been helping me out a lot. I found an app called net knots. It gives a narrative and a visual on how to tie several useful knots. Just thought I would pass it on.

Netknots.com is a great site. I check it out often. I almost always have a fluorocarbon leader and I've switched to using a special f-carbon knot not shown on this site, however. I learned it on a Youtube vid.
It's clumsy the first few times, but I can now tie it almost as fast as a palomar.
I'm learning to tie the Lefty Kreh knot which will replace the surgeon's loop at the loop end of my fly leaders.
