When:  April 9, 2022:

We had 48 boats last year and hopefully have more this year.  The tournament will be pretty much the exact same as last year except that we will add the captains meeting back in.  There will be a captains meeting at Portage (Marina Shores) and MI City.  See rules and registration for details.  The Marina Shores Yacht Club restaurant will be open for us so there will be plenty of food and drinks available to purchase.  They will be grilling burgers and brats with all the fixins.  Can't wait to kick off the season!

We cant wait! This is always a good time... ready for the ice to be gone!

Looks like a good line up for 2022 tourneys.

Its gonna be fun this year. You see the port vs port tourney Craig?  We are still working on the rules, but to me that will be the most fun of the year.  I love the idea of 20 of us boats working together to beat the other port .  Great chance to learn, meet people, and work together.

I did see that and agree that will be a blast.  It won’t be long and we’ll all be out there.

Now that sounds like fun!

It will definitely be a fun event. Probably fish in small teams together and teach some of the new guys as we go.  Any skill level is welcome to participate. This is a perfect event for new guys or guys struggling to learn a ton from some of the best tournament fisherman in the area. 

I may actually make it this year if I get the boat put back together in time.   No spring vacation planned so will need to check the rest of my scheduling but possibly.
