The Hunter Boys custom painted lures are sponsors of this group (Check out their Facebook page at Hunter Boys Outdoors). They once made a popular bass lure called the Bass Magnet which looked like a crawdad. They painted some of their left over unpainted Magnets in the Fluorescent Red/Black Squiggle color coho salmon just love and sent them to me to try out this spring. Though I doubt cohos ever eat crawfish, they do mistake "banana" shaped lures such as Tadpollies and Yakima's River Rocker as something they should bite.
These red hot craws have been red hot for cohos this spring. Perhaps they need a new name - Coho Craw?
