The trout over west have pretty well all switched to alewifes. Only have seen a couple gobies in the last dozen or more forkies I've cut. Biggest fish this year (22#) came on a spoon on a 100 copper so only 20-25 feet down, yesterday. Most ales are on the bottom but I've seen a few bait balls suspended.
