I don't think we are going to fish the MC tournament this year. Boat probably won't even go into the slip until the 12th of April at the earliest. We were talking that we do want to travel to a few ports close by for some tournaments this year. MC was an option as its only 34 miles away and so was South Haven as its only 20 miles away. Anything further than that and it gets kind of pricey for gas in the boat.

Tim,
I think the tourney on April 25th is going to be different running from 3 ports Portage, Mich.City and New Buffalo. I think this is a first and is a 1 day tourney. This will be a week earlier than the big tourney.

Hmmm now things are getting interesting! I guess I didn't pay attention enough to know because I've always figured it was MC like the past years. New Buff is def a shorter run than MC which helps when the boat will have only been in the water for a week at that point.
